New Moon Yoga
Join me for a nourishing, 24-minute New Moon yoga practice! This lunar inspired yoga session is designed to help you cultivate a sense of balance and grounding during the New Moon.
New Moons happen every month, when the moon comes between the Earth and Sun. New Moons are the first phase of the lunar cycle and they are a perfect time to reset! At a time when the shadow side of the moon faces us, we can honor the sacred within by checking in with ourselves, being intentional, and taking a little time for self care.
This blend of Hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation is a home practice that you can incorporate into your New Moon self-care ritual or whenever you need a little practice to refresh and rekindle your inner light.
Show yourself some love, indulge, stretch, and breathe into this cosmic energy! I am here to guide you along the way.

    June 2024 Get To Know...Legs up the Wall 😇 Great for nurses & anyone else who spends long days on their feet. I also find this posture & bridge posture helpful to maintain pelvic health. As a post menopausal woman, I occasionally have problems with urge incontinence, frequency & spasms not related to a urinary tract infection. These positions seem to prevent & relieve those symptoms.

    I haven’t been able to dedicate any time to my practice for the past few weeks, and the longer it goes, the harder it is to get back into, but when I saw this video, something told me I needed to do it, and I’m so glad I did! Obviously, I was out of practice and wasn’t able to go as deep into the poses as I’d like, but with Adrienne I never feel embarrassed or ashamed or guilty, just loved and welcomed. Thank you for helping me back in!
